Personal & Business Coaching · Boston
We have one life.
Make it last.
Do it right.
I help people find their best self and then actually live like it. Founders, executives, and regular people who are doing fine on paper and know they're built for more.
The honest version
Most people aren't failing. They're settling.
I'll be honest. I'm not a therapist and I'm not a guru. I'm a person who spent 25+ years building companies, raising two kids, and working through my own stuff along the way. Somewhere in there I figured out what I'm actually good at. Seeing what someone is capable of before they see it, and helping them get there.
The job is fine, the routine is fine, life is fine, and fine has a way of turning into years of not feeling much at all. I've been there. I want more for you than fine.
So if right now you feel restless, frustrated, or just hungry for something better, good. That's not a problem. That's something worth listening to.
Two ways to work together
Two kinds of coaching. One way of seeing people.
Personal Coaching
Let's find your best self.
For the rut, the relationship, the big decision you keep circling, the conversation you've been putting off, and the version of yourself you keep putting off. Maybe you already have a picture of that person. Maybe you don't yet. Either way, they're in there.

Coaching from someone who's sat in your chair.
For founders, executives, and leadership teams working on the problems that don't have a clean answer. The hire, the fire, the pivot, the deal, the partner conversation. A second set of eyes that has actually seen it before.

One belief. A handful of principles.
No seven-step framework. No workbook. Here's what everything hangs off of.

About me
I'm a two-time founder who built companies from nothing and sold both. I've coached people from their first job into the C-suite and sat across from executives who needed a straight answer. These days I also back early-stage founders through Archora Ventures.
I've also carried social anxiety and a raw sensitivity to negativity my whole life. On my worst days they still show up, mess with the papers on my desk, and run away laughing. Every one of those feelings eventually turned into the thing I'm best at.

Four steps. No mystery.
We talk.
A complimentary 15-minute conversation to see if we're a good match. You tell me what's going on, I tell you honestly whether I'm the right person to help.
We assess.
Where are you, really? Not the version you tell people at parties. What's working, what's draining you, what you've been accepting that you shouldn't.
We identify.
Your best self. The strengths you wave off. The feelings and habits standing in the way. And the next move that's actually manageable.
We achieve.
Regular sessions, real accountability. You leave every conversation with something to do and the belief that you can do it. Then we go again.
