Let's Talk

Let's talk.

A complimentary 15-minute conversation to see if we're a good match. You tell me what's going on. I tell you honestly whether I'm the right person to help. If it's a fit, we get to work. If it's not, I'll tell you.

What to expect

  • No pitch. Fifteen minutes of you talking and me listening for the problem underneath the problem.
  • A straight answer on whether I can help. If I can't, I'll tell you.
  • Personal or business, it's the same call. Come with whatever's actually on your mind.
  • The first conversation is always virtual. After that, we meet by video or in person at my office in Newton, MA. Your call.
  • Not in Boston? Neither are a lot of my clients. In person or virtual, nationwide.

Questions people ask

Before you book, a few answers.

Is this therapy?

No. I'm a coach, not a therapist. Therapy is the right place for trauma, diagnosis, and anything clinical. My lane is where you are now, where you want to go, what's in the way, and what you're going to do next. If what you're dealing with belongs somewhere else, I'll tell you and help you find the right person.

What happens on the first call?

Fifteen minutes, by video, free. No pitch and no prep. You tell me what's going on, I listen for the problem underneath the problem, and I give you a straight answer on whether I can help. If we're a good match, we get to work. If we're not, I'll say so.

Do you work with people outside Boston?

Yes. A lot of my clients are sprinkled around the US. Every first conversation is virtual, and after that it's in person or virtual, nationwide. You pick the format and you can switch whenever you want.

Personal or business coaching: which one do I book?

Same call either way. Come with whatever's actually on your mind. The person at the desk is the same person at the kitchen table, and the tools are the same. We'll figure out the right track together.

How long do people typically work with you?

It depends on the problem. Some people need a few sessions to get unstuck on one decision. Others want ongoing coaching with real accountability. The goal isn't to need me forever; it's for you to leave with the tools, the belief, and the habits to keep going.

How do I reach you if I'm not ready to book?

Send a note through the form on this page. A sentence or two is plenty. I read everything and I reply personally.
